In what ways does hard work make you feel fulfilled?

Well when I’ve finished the task with results that I’m most pleased with. Or when I’ve had it where a boss might give me additional work or something new that they want me to do because they prefer someone who can be trusted to do the job to get the desired outcome that everyone is looking for.
