How do you practice self-care?

Y’all had me concerned with this one! Thought it was getting A LITTLE TOO PERSONAL! Alone time. Music, aromatherapy, creating artwork, maybe watching new shows. Anything and everything to destress as much as possible, if all fails, eat and sleep. Hopefully I can do some more once I launch this project that I’m working on.
